NBA Picks Monday

Overall Record: 5-0

G1- DeMar DeRozan TOR- We thought Derozan would go off in the last game the Raptors played and he did. He started slow, but Uzoh and Derozan got hot and had great ends to the game. Tonight we like Derozan even more because he should have Calderon back to dish to him throughout the game. The matchup against Indiana isn't the greatest, but there have been some good fantasy scores put up against the Pacers.

G2- JJ Barea MIN- Barea's value solely relies on one thing: Luke Ridnour's health. It is something we will continue to monitor via twitter so stay tuned there. Otherwise we like Barea to get about 2.5 his value. His cost is about 8K, so 20 points is what we are looking at here. Phoenix is a decent matchup because it should be a higher scoring game.

G3- Raymond Felton POR- Felton is very hot lately. He has scored over 10 points in his last 5 games to go along with 7 rebounds in 4 of 5 and at least 6 assists in all 5 games. This is the kind of player we like tonight considering how hot he is and the price he is going to cost us (12.9K). Houston is a decent matchup for the Trail Blazers.

F1- Ersan Ilyasova MIL- There isn't much to say about Ersan other than that he is one of the hottest players in the game right now. He is tearing up his value by the end of the first half. With the Bucks facing the Thunder tonight we love this to be a high scoring play and EVEN MORE of a must play tonight.

F2- Danny Granger IND- Granger has been great lately putting up at least 20 points in the last 5 games with a 5 game average of 25 points, 6 rebounds, and 1 assist. Those are great numbers for a guy that is going to cost you about 13K. Playing the Raptors should be good for him also seeing that he put up 21 points and 8 rebounds against them at the beginning of the season.

F3- Kevin Seraphin WAS- Seraphin has benefited greatly from the Nene Hilario and Trevor Booker injuries. Because of this, we will constantly keep up with those two's injury updates. His value is directly tied to whether or not specifically Nene Hilario can play tonight.

C1- Roy Hibbert IND- Hibbert has been hot as of late and is facing a team that could be without their "center" in Bargnani. Bargnani isn't going to grab many rebounds anyways, but Hibbert should have even more success if Bargnani is held out tonight.

C2- Al Jefferson UTH- Big Al has been one of the best players in the last two weeks. He has back to back double doubles in the last two games and is facing the same Spurs that he put up 19 pionts, 10 rebounds, and 4 assists against last night. Tonight we doubt Tim Duncan plays big minutes tonight on no nights rest and an overnight flight. Expect better numbers tonight for Jefferson.

C3- Chris Kaman NO- Kaman was insanely en fuego before he got hurt this past month. He has come back from the injury with 2 great games in the last 3 recording 2 double doubles. There is risk there with Kaman because we are unsure of how he will react to playing back to back injuries with that injury being just healed. Kaman's price might make it worth it to take that risk tonight.
