G1- Russell Westbrook OKC- Westbrook is facing the Bulls today (usually a great defensive team), but with Rose out we like Westbrook to continue to play well. He is averaging 29 points, 3 rebounds, and 5 assists in the last eight games.
G2- Shannon Brown PHO- Shannon Brown has capitalized well since Hill has been out, and now that Hill has had surgery we expect Brown to be the guy to replace him. For this price, he is the cheaper option that is the guy to have nowadays because of an injury.
G3- Goran Dragic HOU- Dragic has been great since the Lowry injury, and now he had an extra day to recover from his ankle injury. He is facing the Pacers though, a team we usually like to stay away from because of how solid they usually are on defense.
F1- J.J. Hickson POR- Hickson went off last game, and surprisingly been very good since he was waived by Sacramento. We aren't sure anyone could predict how he is playing now that he is on the Trail Blazers. Although we really like him today, we don't think he will put up the same numbers he did the other night with LaMarcus Aldridge out. If Aldridge is out then we love this play.
F2- Serge Ibaka OKC- The Chicago big men aren't playing that great overall, and Ibaka is dominating the boards. In the last two weeks, he is averaging 11 points and a shade under 10 rebounds. This alone won't put you where you want to be with his fantasy production, but the 4 blocks he is averaging over this time will.
F3- Chris Bosh MIA- Bosh is hot facing a weaker team down low in the Celtics. With the defense that Bradley can provide on Wade/Chalmers, we think Bosh will continue to get looks down low early.
C1- Nene Hilario WAS- Nene has a great matchup against the Raptors today. Their big men aren't the true rebounding type. Bargnani isn't going to battle Nene down low and rough him up that's for sure. Nene has been playing very well as of late and it should continue versus the Raptors.
C2- Marcin Gortat PHO- Gortat faces the Hornets at home today. Not only is Kaman a questionable player for the game, but he's just not good defensively anyways. Jason Smith has played very well for them as of late, but we like Gortat better than him. Also, the Hornets are coming off a tough loss to the Lakers yesterday, has to fly all the way to Phoenix, and then has to face a fresher Suns team.
C3- Andrew Bynum/Pau Gasol LAL- Bynum has another good matchup tonight as they face the Warriors. He had an average first half yesterday versus the Hornets, but picked it up in the second half to record a double double. Gasol on the other hand had a great first half, and slowed down a good bit in the second half. We like him and Pau Gasol versus anyone the Warriors try to throw at them.
