G-1: Lester
Hudson –
Even though Anthony Parker started in place of Hudson last night, Hudson played
36 minutes that included 25 points, 8 rebounds, and 6 assists. Over the last 3 games, Hudson has
averaged 36 fantasy points. Until
Hudson has an off night or a significant decrease in minutes, keep on playing
him without any hesitation.
G-2: George
Hill –
Collison didn’t participate in practice yesterday, so it looks as if Hill will
get another start at point guard.
Collison is officially listed as questionable, but if Collison is ruled
out, then Hill needs to be in your lineup. At just over 7.5K, Hill had 18 points, 7 rebounds, and 4
assists in the absence of Collison on Monday.
G-3: Ramon Sessions – With Kobe ruled out for
tonight, Sessions becomes a solid play.
Monday against New Orleans, Sessions played 32 minutes with 17 points, 6
assists, and 6 rebounds. Look for
25+ fantasy points tonight against the Spurs.
Other guards to consider: Greivis Vasquez, Jamal Crawford (if Batum is ruled out),
Raymond Felton (44 fantasy points vs GS last time they met), Donald Sloan.
F-1: Carmelo Anthony - Until draft street sets
Carmelo’s price over 20K, he is a must play. Carmelo is clearly thriving with Lin and Stoudemire out as
he is taking over games to keep the Knicks in the playoff hunt. Melo loves the big stage, and it
doesn’t get any bigger than tonight as the Knicks take on the Bucks as the
winner takes over the 8th seed in the East.
F-2: Zach
Randolph:
Even though Randolph comes off the bench, Randolph sees plenty of minutes and
has been hot of late. He has
averaged almost 32 fantasy points in the last 3 games, and we see his hot
streak continuing as there should be over 200 points scored tonight against the
Suns.
F-3: J.J. Hickson: Both Batum and Aldridge could be
out tonight with injuries which would then make Hickson a must play, but even
if Aldridge and/or Batum play, Hickson is still a reasonable option because
they play the Warriors tonight.
Hickson saw 32 minutes of action on Monday coming off the bench, and he
had a double-double that led to 31 fantasy points. Keep an eye on Batum and Aldridge’s status for tonight.
C-1: Pau Gasol: In two games without Kobe, Pau has
taken over both games averaging 27.5 points, 11 boards, and 3.5 assists. Kobe is ruled out again for tonight
which means Pau should see another increase in shot attempts and minutes for
tonight’s matchup against the Spurs.
C-2: DeMarcus Cousins - Until last night, Cousins
had been struggling the past week which even included a 5 point fantasy night
against the Clippers, but last night Cousins returned to his usual form and put
up 59.5 fantasy points. His value
dropped to just over 16K because of his recent slump, so we consider him a
steal for tonight as Sacramento plays New Orleans.
C-3: Chris
Kaman – Kaman
has averaged 41.5 fantasy points in the last two games, and we expect a high
scoring affair tonight that should benefit Kaman as they welcome the
Kings. After missing 5 games in
March due to illness, it looks as if Kaman has finally found his stride. Don’t be surprised if he puts up 15
points, 8 boards, and 4 blocks tonight.
